Rankin Trust, we solicit bids on all merchantable timber on 96+/- clear-cut sale acres shown on the attached map, located in Warren County, North Carolina. Having been employed by Copland Fabrics, Inc., we solicit bids on a 113+/- acre pulpwood thinning on an 18 year-old loblolly pine plantation in Caswell County, NC. This will be a first thinning leaving approximately 70 square feet of basal area per acre or approximately 200 trees per acre. This will be accomplished using a fifth row, operator select thinning. Bids for the pulpwood thinning should be made on a per ton basis for each product to be harvested.

Having been employed by CCF Farms, LLC, we solicit bids on a 58+/- acre pulpwood thinning on a 22 year-old loblolly pine plantation in Caswell County, NC. This will be a first thinning leaving approximately 70 square feet of basal area per acre or approximately 200 trees per acre. This will be accomplished using a fifth row, operator select thinning. Bids for the pulpwood thinning should be made on a per ton basis for each product to be harvested.
