The pine plantations have been thinned to promote future growth. The well stocked stands offer substantial value appreciation potential and periodic income in the near future. Intermediate income is available from additional thinnings. Areas of bottomland hardwood offer marketable hardwood, as well as adding diversity for wildlife. Old logging decks have been cleaned up and can be used as wildlife food plots. Property can be used for timber production, recreational use, hunting or a personal retreat. There is excellent access with direct road frontage on SR622 and US Highway 460, an internal road system and abundant ATV/walking trails. Abundant wildlife population includes deer, turkey and small game.

Directions: From Appomattox take Hwy 460 east approximately 7.4 miles to right onto SR620. Cross railroad and take left onto SR622. Travel 0.5 miles to first gate on right. Second gate is 0.2 miles further down the road.  East entrance is 1.3 miles further east of SR620, on Hwy 460.  Pink-glo flagging is tied on all gate posts. Look for sign.
